Big Domain Guy
How it works
A domain name is the short name people use to find you on the internet. It looks like bigdomainguy.com. You can say it out loud. You can put it on a card.
The website is the place. The domain is the address on the door. You can have the address before the place is finished. That is how an idea, a school project, or a business starts: it gets a name that is yours.
A page on an app belongs to that app. A domain belongs to you for as long as you renew it, year after year. That is why it still matters, even when most people tap a link on a phone.
01
Search.
Type a word. I check the endings you leave turned on, like .com. Available means nobody owns it.
02
If it is available, check out here.
The price is what you pay me for the first year. Save it, then check out here. I register it while you wait. You do not go to another shop.
03
If someone owns it, I don't send you away.
I only sell names that are available. If the one you wanted is taken, tell me what you are starting and I will help you find another.
04
If you don't know which name to get, ask me.
Name consulting is for that. Tell me what you are starting and the most you want to spend. That stays on your account, so it isn't lost when you close the page.
